There are a few teachers/retired teacherswho I do some computer work for. It makes me sad I couldn't fix the mac, but they're going to see if Apple will still fix it (it JUST ran out of warraty,) and if it doesn't I'll open it up for data recovery and maybe power supply replacement.

Error 500: The least useful/most annoying of all the errors. Known for it's a bility to make people insane, it must be hunted down to extinction.

It really doesn't help when they're sporadic and across the entire site.

My Neighbors computer needs some major defragging. Hopefully it will speed up a little.

At the very least, they let us out early. I wan supposed to not get out 'til 6:00 but i left about 4:00.

Red Steel is worth the $16 if for nothing else, than having a multiplayer shoot 'em up on the wii. The controls aren't spot on, but for one of the first game out for the Wii, what do you expect?

If I can't come up with anything else I'm going to start inserting little doodles into iff!. Hopefully I can sketch myself to being a half way decent artist.

Kat is always sending me awesome stuff. Ever since we got the UV pens opening stuff is 10x cooler. Not that it needed to be, but still.

I don't realy hate Java, it's just not my preferred language. Though it I could learn to make some mobile games, that would be neat.

I am Twitterable under kamonmark. I've been thinking about making a website that has my schedule and has an easy "best way to contect kyle right now feature." Twitter would be handy for doing overrides from my phone.

As always books are gonna make me sad, but at least I'm not paying full price! yay!

My chip design class is gonna be lame, but at least I have a Kick ass T.A. I guess that phrase isn't an oxymoron :p

So I finally have all my main components sorted. It is super nice.

I got a raise woot woot! Now I can finally buy that yacht :p

I'm totally digging the basement setup. The rope lights are on a wireless relay so I can control them with a little box. What I really want to do is either get the Arduino Ethernet Shield or just hook up one of the old compies to the network and make a central brain relay to control as many of the lights as possible . Then I can write a web interface so I can control it from my iPod/any other web enabled device. Maybe I'll even add in something to make it work for text messaging. I can have the Wii, projector, and audio waiting for me when I drive up :D

So I'm sure it's nowhere as easy as I'd like it to be, but what if we could turn used cellphones into small cell towers? Not practical for huge grids, but possible so for smaller communities. Of course at that point there are probably better alternatives.

So welcome back to iff! No with Volume 2 goodness. I'm still working on getting the archives, comments, and tag links up, but at least we have the main functionality. I'm already tagging things, it's just a matter os giving them links. I'm still undecided about if I like my layout, but it'se flexible enough so I can change it if it starts to bug me. I kinda like the lightbox, but I'm not sure how gracefully it depreciates for older browsers. Anyway thanks for stopping by and have fun!
